1.Over 6 years鈥?working experience in the same post; over 5 years鈥?working experience in financial management in real estate industry and; over 10 years鈥?actual operating experience in financial system preferred; 2.Bachelor degree or above of financial management, accounting and related specialties; holding accounting certification or above; 3.Proficient in financial management, capital budget, financial accounting, investment and financing in real estate industry and have good knowledge in national and local laws and regulations regarding finance and economics and financial policies; 4.Excellent planning, organization, leading, control, communication, coordination and innovation abilities; 5.Skilled in Office software and financial software operation.
